WINTER IS COMING!
Each homeowner, or tenant, are required to clear snow and ice from their own driveway and from the sidewalk in front of or adjacent to their homes within 24 hours of the snow event. Sand should be used as an abrasive when necessary. The use of any rock salt or any other deicing salts or chlorides, may cause deterioration to concrete and asphalt.
Snow clearing of the townhome streets is the responsibility of the HOA. Please direct all inquiries and concerns regarding snow removal in these areas to PMP.
Please be aware, plowing will take place only after two inches or more of snow has accumulated on asphalt and concrete surfaces.
The Town of Leesburg is responsible for snow removal on the single family streets of the community. Please call the Department of Public Works – Street Division at 703-737-7070 or e-mail email@example.com with any issues.
Please use garages and driveways where possible to allow for our snow plows to effectively remove the snow from your section.
