The Potomac Crossing Association 2010 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 7:00PM at the Balls Bluff Elementary School located at 821 Battlefield Parkway NE, Leesburg, VA 20176
The purpose of this meeting is to elect one (1) person to the Board of Directors and take such actions as may be necessary to officially conduct the business of the Potomac Crossing Association.
The By Laws for the Potomac Crossing Association require 10% of the membership to be represented in person, by absentee ballot or by proxy to obtain quorum. If quorum is not obtained, the documents allow the meeting to be adjourned, without notice other than announcement at the meeting, until a quorum is present. Therefore, if you think you cannot attend or are unsure if you can attend, please submit your proxy!
