My name is Joe Neiberger and I am a resident of the Exeter Townhomes and a Captain with the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Company. Our membership is being encouraged to contact their HOA's and see if there is a way to post notification to the residents of a fundraising event that is currently in motion.

Many of our County residents are not aware of the strong volunteer contingent that provides their fire and rescue services. This, helps to minimize tax increases to the citizens as an across the board tax rate attached to their property assessments. We do this by raising our own funds and soliciting donations. We are currently in the midst of our Raffle, which is our method of giving something back to those who donate. Our raffle offers the chance to win one of several prizes for the purchase of a ticket. I would like to see if a posting could be placed on the Exeter HOA website.
I will be happy to be the point of contact for anyone interested in purchasing tickets. If I provide an email address I can come by their home and exchange the tickets for the donations at pre-arranged times as well.
